Oral Presentation

Flipcharts, Laptops, Projectors and Screens are available for oral presentations

 The accepted full paper or abstract will be given a 15 minutes slot including 2-3 minutes for Q&A;

 All participants are required to dress formally. Casual wear is unacceptable.

 Each presenter will be expected to have the presentation slides in Microsoft Power Point saved in USB, and copy the PPT into conference laptop before session.

 A best presentation will be selected from each session which will be announced and awarded an excellent oral presentation certificate at the end of this session.

Poster Presentation

 The poster should be self-explanatory, but the author should be available at certain times, such as refreshment breaks and during the time devoted to poster session, to interact with viewers and answer questions.

The recommended poster size is Landscape format, Arch E which is 36 inches high by 48 inches wide ( 92 cm x 122 cm ). European alternative ISO A0 (84 cm x 119 cm) can also be used.
